Technology Areas (TA)

Our technical equipment, our 'hardware', is as a rule highly advanced and sometimes even unique. We have instruments for structural studies, for chemical analyses as well as for mechanical and corrosion testing.  We have also equipment designed for special purposes, like for instance the ovens for clad heat exchanger strip, the wind-tunnel for heat transfer studies, and the laboratory equipment for Friction Stir Welding.

But, still, 'instrument time' is not what you are buying from Sapa Technology - instead it is a combination of hardware and 'software', i.e. our our ability to solve problems and exploit possibilities, the professional skills and experience of our personnel, and the creativity that is the result of close co-operation between our technology areas.
