Sapa Building System has received its first project for the new unitized curtain wall
Sapa Building System has recently won a project for the new offices for the Polish Academy of Science in Warsaw. The total building is 4000 square meters and is the first application for the new Sapa Building System Unitized Curtain Wall.

A unitized system is completely brought together in the factory and in total assembled on the spot, including glass and accessories. With a stick system, the glass is assembled at the construction site. With unitized curtain wall, lead times on the site can be reduced substantially.
The project was won through early involvement with the investor, general contractor, and the fabricator.
“The first order is the ultimate test of all functions on unitized curtain wall. We know the system parameter wish by far is the best in the industry. Now we also know the parameter of logistic that our system will stand and stick out as very competitive,“ says Hans Johansson, Business Area President Sapa Building System.
