Student internship

Internships are an important tool for Sapa to identify possible recruits and give young professionals the possibility to learn about the aluminium business. There are internships possible in all areas such as production, maintenance, engineering, logistics, finance and human resources. Decentralisation is an important feature of Sapa. An obvious consequence of this is that the various Sapa companies take local responsibility for student internship.

Trainees

For students in the last year of a Master's degree at a Business School it could be interesting to learn more about the Sapa traineeship program in Europe
